Ainnocence Launches SentinusAI® AI Platform for Rapid Biologics Discovery

Published By: Daily Kyte | Date Updated: Thursday, 26 March 2026

Ainnocence Inc. has launched SentinusAI®, an AI platform revolutionizing therapeutic antibody and biologics discovery. Operating solely from protein sequence data, it bypasses traditional structural data and animal testing, significantly accelerating development and cutting R&D costs by up to 80%. SentinusAI® offers features like antibody design, epitope mapping, affinity improvement, and developability assessment, proven effective in designing broad-neutralizing antibodies for SARS-CoV-2. It aims to transform drug discovery, making it faster and more efficient for various indications.

Ainnocence Inc. announced the live launch of SentinusAI®, an innovative end-to-end AI platform designed to transform therapeutic antibody and biologics discovery. This platform directly addresses the inefficiencies of traditional methods, which rely heavily on structural data, animal immunization, and prolonged experimental screening, leading to increased costs and delayed timelines in drug development. SentinusAI® leverages a proprietary 1-billion-parameter protein foundation model, AINN-P1, trained on over 53 million protein sequences. Crucially, it operates solely from amino acid sequence data, eliminating the need for 3D structures, animal models, or prior lead compounds. This AI-driven approach promises to convert protein sequence data into actionable, decision-ready outputs across all stages of therapeutic discovery. The platform is protected by more than 20 PCT patents and has already supported over 80 active drug design projects, demonstrating impressive wet lab hit rates of 10-60% while reducing R&D costs by up to 80%. Key functionalities of SentinusAI® include high-throughput antibody design and binding ranking, precise epitope mapping for mechanistic insights, and in silico affinity improvement proposing numerous variants with high hit rates. It also extends to fusion protein engineering and comprehensive developability and safety assessments, covering solubility, stability, aggregation risk, and off-target toxicity, all before physical synthesis. A landmark study published in Nature Scientific Reports (2025) validated its capabilities, showing its ability to design broad neutralizing antibodies against diverse SARS-CoV-2 strains, including future Omicron variants. Ainnocence's pipeline, spanning 76 programs across various indications, further underscores the platform's broad applicability. SentinusAI® is now available for subscription, offering a streamlined path to accelerate drug pipelines.
