Stallion India Partners with SYS ADVANCE for Advanced Helium Recovery and Liquefaction
Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited has partnered with Portugal's SYS ADVANCE, a leader in space-qualified helium technology, to introduce advanced helium recovery and liquefaction solutions in India. This collaboration marks Stallion's entry into high-value industrial gas technologies and addresses the global scarcity of helium, crucial for space, medical, and semiconductor industries. Stallion is also working with ISRO to support India's space programs, aiming to bolster self-reliance in critical industrial gases and projecting significant revenue growth.
Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited has inked a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SYS ADVANCE, a Portuguese firm renowned for its space-qualified helium recovery and liquefaction technology. This strategic partnership signals Stallion's decisive entry into the high-value industrial gas sector, enabling the introduction of cutting-edge helium solutions to the Indian market. SYS ADVANCE's expertise, validated by European space agencies for demanding space and cryogenic applications, brings highly reliable technology to the collaboration.The agreement directly addresses the escalating global challenge of helium scarcity. Helium is an indispensable and critical resource with vital applications across diverse fields, including space research, medical imaging, semiconductor fabrication, and advanced manufacturing. Consequently, efficient recovery and recycling methods have become paramount. Through this collaboration, Stallion aims to support India's long-term helium recycling requirements, working closely with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and actively participating in major ISRO tenders for helium recovery and liquefaction systems. This initiative is set to reinforce India's self-reliance in critical industrial gases.Backed by this technology tie-up, along with an expanding asset base and diversified product portfolio, Stallion has projected a robust three-year revenue growth guidance of 30–35 percent. The company, established in 2002, specializes in refrigerants and industrial gases, serving various sectors from air conditioning to pharmaceuticals. Its robust manufacturing footprint across multiple Indian states and focus on specialty and high-purity gases, augmented by advanced blending capabilities, positions Stallion as a key solution provider. This venture is expected to drive sustainable long-term value for stakeholders and significantly contribute to national strategic capabilities.
