WeWork India has expanded its National Capital Region presence by opening its 17th centre in Aerocity, New Delhi. This new Worldmark 6 facility adds 1.1 lakh square feet and over 1,400 desks, primarily targeting enterprises and high-growth companies. The expansion responds to rising demand for premium flexible workspaces in a rapidly growing Indian market, where WeWork India maintains its position as the largest flexible workspace operator.
WeWork India Management Limited has significantly expanded its footprint in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the launch of its 17th centre at Worldmark 6, Aerocity, New Delhi. This new facility contributes approximately 1.1 lakh square feet and over 1,400 desks to WeWork India's portfolio. Strategically located on the third floor of Worldmark 6, the centre is designed to meet the needs of enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs), and high-growth companies, offering collaboration zones, meeting rooms, an indoor event space, wellness areas, and technology-enabled systems, with convenient direct access to the Aerocity Metro Station. This expansion occurs as India’s flexible workspace sector continues its rapid growth, having tripled its total inventory between 2020 and 2025 and now exceeding 100 million square feet, with Delhi-NCR being the second-largest market. Arnav S. Gusain, Chief of Supply at WeWork India, indicated that the launch directly addresses the increasing enterprise demand for high-quality, well-located assets in Aerocity, noting the shift towards integrating flexible workspaces into core real estate strategies for large occupiers. WeWork India currently operates 73 centres across eight major Indian cities—including Chennai, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad—managing 8.2 million square feet and over 1.21 lakh desks as of December 2025, maintaining its leadership as the largest flexible workspace operator in India by total revenue for the past three fiscal years.
